When I started Alpha, I had one clear vision, to create a space where kids not only become better athletes, but grow into confident, disciplined, and motivated individuals. Sport has the power to shape lives, and I wanted to build something that went beyond the pitch, a place where kids feel valued, challenged, and inspired every time they show up. At Alpha, we don’t just run training sessions. We build character, encourage teamwork, and teach kids to compete with passion and purpose following our 6 PILLAR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY. Whether it’s through structured football programs, tournaments, camps, or fitness schedules every child gets the chance to grow, learn, and enjoy the process.To all the parents who trust us with their children’s journey, thank you. OUR DEVELOPING AGE GROUPS
• Our Developing age groups for academy classes start at 4 years old. We start with the basic skills needed for football and promote a team and hard-working environment from the start.
• We are also involved in various nurseries around Dubai where our football kids start as early as 2 years old.
TOURNAMENT TEAM
• Our teams compete in some of the most prestigious local and regional tournaments, including DOFA.
• Players selected for tournament squads receive additional tactical training, mental conditioning, and performance feedback to accelerate their growth
• Beyond winning, we focus on building unity, character, and respect, values that last well beyond the pitch.
• We field specialized tournament teams across all age groups, providing players with the opportunity to experience high-level competition.
DFA & DOFA TOURNAMNET
2022 - NOW
• The first league our football team took part in was the DFA League in 2022 where the boys finished second. This gave the boys motivation to work harder which resulted in them winning that same league twice since then.
• Ever since we have been playing in the most competitive tournament in the U.A.E named DOFA organized by the Dubai Sports Council. Where we have placed multiple times at the tournaments.
• We are all extremely proud of the boys and really saw the results of all the hard work they had put in over the last few seasons
